Upgrade existing license of VFC1 to VFC2

To purchase the upgrade:

  1. Login to your GetData customer account (using the email address of your purchase);
  2. Locate your VFC1 order and click on the relevant upgrade link;
  3. Checkout.

Instructions to update your VFC dongle

Important: Please wait 24hrs from your purchase to enable our dongle activation database to be updated with your order. Then:

  • Ensure that your VFC dongle drivers are up to date.
  • Ensure that you have the latest VFC License Manager installed.
  • Connect your VFC dongle an Internet connected computer system.
  • Run the License Manager.
  • When dongle is detected the dongle id will be displayed. If 'Dongle NOT found' is displayed ensure the dongle drivers are installed and/or reconnect ALL VFC dongles.
  • Click the 'Check' button. If any updates to your license are available you will be presented with the option to update your dongle.
